How Does It Work?
The image is decoded and exported as a new JPG, PNG or WebP file without copying the original EXIF, XMP, IPTC or content credentials. Dimensions and transparency are preserved. JPEG and WebP are re-encoded; PNG is lossless for the decoded pixels. Color profiles are not retained, and animated input becomes a still image. Visible watermarks remain.
